A: Yes, we have inventory available. However, there may be occasions when stock levels are not updated in time and certain products go out of stock. You are welcome to leave your contact details — we will notify you as soon as the items arrive.
Q: What other products do you sell?
A: In addition to in-stock products, we can source a wide range of items based on your needs. If you send us product images or requirements, we will quickly provide a quote. Once confirmed, a pre-order agreement must be signed, and a 60% deposit is required. Delivery typically takes around 8-10 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout via your preferred email.
Q: Can I customize the product dimensions?
A: Sorry, we do not offer custom sizing. However, our sinks and workbenches come in a variety of sizes to suit different spaces.
Q: Can I reserve a product that is already in stock?
A: Yes, we accept reservations for in-stock products and can hold the item for up to 7 days. A 30% deposit is required to reserve the product. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
Q: I pre-ordered a product but received a different size. What should I do?
A: Please refer to your pre-order agreement for resolution. If you have any concerns, contact us and we’ll assist you based on the agreed terms.
Q: Can I return or exchange products after purchase?

Q: Do you provide replacement parts or repair services?
A: Yes. During the warranty period, we offer free replacement or repair of parts that are damaged due to non-human causes. After the warranty period, parts will be charged at cost, and a limited service fee will apply.

A: No, all of our products are brand new. We do not sell used items.

A: We do not offer installment plans for first-time customers. However, returning customers with a good payment history may be eligible for installment options. Terms can be discussed and agreed upon individually.
